A day out, and the way back
Kennedy is a day out rather than somewhere you stay, so the return matters as much as the way there. Book both legs together and a driver comes back for you at the time you agreed — you are not paying for anyone to sit in the car park, and you are not hunting for a ride on the Space Coast at the end of a long day. Tell us roughly when you expect to be finished when you book; if the day runs differently, call us.
Launch days and road closures
Launch days bring traffic and road closures to the Space Coast. The launch schedule is checked before your pickup, the same way flights are — a person looks, and there is no feed doing it automatically. If it changes what your journey needs, that is a conversation rather than something that happens silently.
Meet & greet + flight monitoring
Your driver waits inside the terminal at baggage claim with a name sign — including the newer Terminal C. We monitor your flight, so if you land early we are already there. If your flight moves, we move your pickup, at no charge. Every airport pickup includes 60 minutes of free wait time after landing.
Vehicles for every group size
Premium SUVs carry up to six guests with luggage and room for camera gear, and larger groups are quoted once we know the numbers — see our full fleet. Tell us your group size and suitcase count and we will match the right vehicle.

Can you take us back at the end of the day?
Yes — book both legs together and a driver returns for you at the time you agreed. Round trips save 5%. Out and back is from $340 rather than $358. Nobody waits in the car park while you are inside, so you are not paying for idle hours.
Does a launch day change my pickup?
It can — launch days bring traffic and road closures to the Space Coast. That is why the launch schedule is checked before your pickup, so your driver sets off in time to get you there.
Is it cheaper from Orlando International than from Sanford?
Yes — from $179 per vehicle from Orlando International against from $209 from Sanford, because it is a shorter drive. If you are landing at the smaller airport, our Sanford to Kennedy Space Center transfers price that run.
Where does my driver meet me at MCO?
Inside the terminal at baggage claim, holding a name sign — including Terminal C arrivals. You do not need to find a pickup bay or call anyone on arrival.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight. If your flight moves, we move your pickup. A person checks it against the airline. Nothing moves on its own. Every airport pickup includes 60 minutes of free wait time — and it starts when you land, not when you were due. Close to pickup, call us rather than wait for us to spot it — a change in the last few hours reaches us fastest from you.
Can you collect us from a Disney or Universal hotel instead of the airport?
Yes. Those runs are quoted on request rather than carrying a flat rate, because the distance depends on which hotel you are in — tell us where you are staying and when you want to leave, and we will price it.
Do you provide car seats for the drive?
Car seats and boosters — free, fitted before we arrive. We carry rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing child seats, and backless boosters, up to 3 in our Expedition and Suburban. Your driver fits the seats before we arrive — have a look before you get in.
