1. Services
Pixie Rides provides private, pre-arranged ground transportation throughout Central Florida. All rides are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking request is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us by phone, email, or text.
2. Pricing & Payment
All rates are flat and quoted before your trip — no surge pricing. The quoted price covers the ride as described in your booking. Additional stops, wait time beyond the included grace period, or route changes may incur extra charges, which will always be communicated to you first.
3. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a fee. To change a booking, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
4. Pickup & Waiting
For airport pickups we track your flight and adjust automatically at no extra cost. For all other pickups, your driver will wait up to 15 minutes past the scheduled time; extended waiting may be billed. If you cannot locate your driver, call us immediately at 407-373-8735.
5. Passenger Conduct
Smoking, vaping, and open alcohol containers are not permitted in our vehicles. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle beyond normal wear. Children must use appropriate child or booster seats, which we provide free of charge on request.
6. Luggage & Personal Items
Please ensure your luggage fits the vehicle you book (capacity is listed on our Fleet page). Pixie Rides is not responsible for items left in vehicles, though we will make every reasonable effort to return found items.
7. Liability
Pixie Rides is fully licensed and commercially insured. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, road closures, or flight schedule changes. In such cases we will always work with you to find the best solution.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
