That holds wherever you land: a Terminal A pickup happens at baggage claim in Terminal A, and a Terminal B pickup in Terminal B. How your family transfer works
You see the price before anything else. Flat rate per vehicle, quoted before you book. No account, no card.
A person confirms it. Not a form that vanishes. Someone checks the vehicle is free and confirms — usually within the hour. You'll have an email with your reference.
You pay before the trip, never at the kerb. On the date shown on your booking. Never at pickup, never to the driver.
Send us your flight number. A person checks it against the airline. Nothing moves on its own. So if it changes in the last few hours, calling us is faster than waiting for us to spot it.
You land, and someone texts you. Someone here texts you your driver's name, photo and plate before you've cleared baggage claim. Walk out and look for the sign with your name on it.
The waiting clock starts when you land. Every airport pickup includes 60 minutes of free wait time — and it starts when you land, not when you were due. Time to clear customs, find the bags, and change a nappy.
