When you book a ride or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, flight number where applicable, and party details (passengers and luggage). Payment is taken by Stripe on a page Stripe hosts; your card details go to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide our transportation services: confirming and scheduling your ride, communicating with you about your booking, and responding to your inquiries. We may also use your contact details to follow up on your experience with us.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your details are shared only with the driver assigned to your ride and with the service providers we use to operate this website and our service (such as our booking database, our payment processor (Stripe), email provider, the flight-tracking service we use to monitor your arrival, our website analytics provider, and the advertising platforms we use to measure our ads, Google and Meta), who are bound to protect it.
Data Retention
We keep booking records only as long as needed for business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
Cookies & Analytics
This website uses the technical cookies necessary for it to function, and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device) so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes this data on our behalf. We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads tags on this website. When a booking is made we tell them the booking reference and the price — never your name, email address, phone number or addresses.
