Cruise boarding day: how we time your pickup
We recommend departing 2.5–3 hours before your boarding window opens. For a typical 11:30 AM boarding time from an MCO-area hotel, that means a pickup around 9:00 AM — enough buffer for traffic on SR-528 without hours of waiting at the terminal. When you book, tell us your cruise line and boarding time and we'll confirm the pickup time with you the day before. We serve all Port Canaveral terminals and all cruise lines, including Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Disney Cruise Line, Norwegian, and MSC. Your driver drops you at your terminal's curbside luggage drop-off.
