Every airport pickup includes 60 minutes of free wait time — and it starts when you land, not when you were due. Close to pickup, call us rather than wait for us to spot it — a change in the last few hours reaches us fastest from you.
Can you collect us from our hotel for the trip back to MCO?
Yes — add the return leg when you book your arrival. Round trips save 5%. We'll be at your hotel on departure day.
Can you bring car seats for the drive?
Car seats and boosters — free, fitted before we arrive. We carry rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing child seats, and backless boosters, up to 3 in our Expedition and Suburban. Your driver fits the seats before we arrive — have a look before you get in.
